Day 01: New Delhi
Welcome
in India! On arrival you will be transferred and assisted till your room in
your hotel. Remaining day at leisure.
Day 02: New Delhi
After a leisurely breakfast move out for a daylong sightseeing of Old Delhi
(Shahajahanabad), which includes the Red Fort, Chandni Chowk & Jama Masjid
along with other attractions. Later after lunch drive past through impressive
boulevards and buildings such as President’s Residence and others in Lutyen’s
Delhi (New Delhi). Evening free to move around the busy Connaught Place.
Day 03: Agra
Drive to Agra and check in at your hotel. After lunch visit the Taj Mahal and
Agra Fort. Evening free to relax.
Day 04: Bharatpur
Early in the morning, you shall be taken to see the back side of Tajmahal. The
rare sight of Taj from the fields with the river in the front is simply magical.
Later drive to Bharatpur visiting the elaborate water palaces of Deeg built
by Raja Surajmal Jat on the way. At Bharatpur, we keep the evening at leisure.
Day 05: Jaipur
Early
morning, have a completely rewarding experience of seeing an overwhelming range
of birds during the rickshaw trip into the Keoladeo Ghana National Park. A few
hours drive will transport you to the charming Pink City of India. On arrival
check in at your hotel. In the evening take a walking tour of the colorful streets
and bazaars of Jaipur City. The beauty of Jaipur is that its unique architecture
and town planning is visible at even the most commonest places such as its squares
and lanes.
Day 06: Jaipur
Take a full day long sightseeing tour of Jaipur city that includes the City
Palace, Jantar Mantar observatory, Hawa Mahal, Birla temple, Albert hall and
excursion to the old capital Amber. Here at Amber, you’ll ascend till the
gates of majestic fort on elephant back. The fort displays a beautiful mix of
Mughal and Rajput styles of architecture. Optional trip to ethnic village resort
where you may enjoy traditional Rajasthani dinner (extra charges applicable).
Day 07: Bundi
In
the morning drive to Bundi in your exclusive vehicle. On arrival visit to the
Bundi fort. Rest of the time completely free for leisure.
Day 08: Pushkar
After a leisurely breakfast drive to Pushkar in your exclusive vehicle. In the
evening move out to visit the holiest city of Rajasthan. Take a pleasant walk
on the street around the sacred pond and Ghats up to Brahma temple. Rest of
the time free for leisure.
Day 09: Chittorgarh
In the morning drive to Chittorgarh. On arrival check in to your hotel. Later
visit to Chittorgarh fort and Kalika Mata Temple. Rest of the time completely
on your discretion.
Day 10: Deogarh
Reaching Deogarh day left free to explore the surrounding tribal villages or
nearby countryside. Evening folk entertainment within the palace.
Day 11: Udaipur
Morning drive to Udaipur visiting the unparalleled Ranakpur temples (the temple
here is the largest Jain temple in the world having 1444 carved pillars with
no two pillars looking alike!) before finally checking in. On arrival, have
some leisure in your idyllic room in the Lake Palace. The Lake Palace seems
like floating on the calm waters of Lake Pichhola. In the evening take a sightseeing
tour of the breathtaking royal buildings around the Lake in boat tour.
Day 12: Udaipur
Take
a full day sightseeing trip of the city which includes visit to the City Palace
(note the trees growing at the top floor of the palace, which is actually the
summit of the hill the palace is covering!), Saheliyon ki bari and excursion
to temples of Nagada and Eklingji. In the evening you may visit the Shilpgram
or can explore the interesting labyrinths around Jagdish temple at your discretion.
Day 13: Jodhpur
In the morning drive to Jodhpur. On arrival check in at your hotel and later
visit the majestic Mehrangarh fort and the busy bazaars around Clock Tower in
the old town.
Day 14: Jaisalmer
Drive through the Thar Desert and finally reach Jaisalmer (The Golden City)
and check in at your hotel. Later in the evening visit to the sand dunes to
see the sunset. Later return to the city and relax at your hotel.
Day 15: Jaisalmer
In the morning visit the Jain Temple. Afternoon free to relax. Later in the
evening walk in the still inhabited fort of Jaisalmer abuzz with a distinct
and vibrant lifestyle.
Day
16: Bikaner
After a leisurely breakfast drive to the ‘Camel City’ Bikaner and
check in. After a brief leisure visit the well-preserved Junagarh fort. Evening
free to relax.
Day 17: Bikaner
In morning drive to Deshnok Temple (The Rate Temple). Further visit to the unique
Camel Breeding Farm.
Day 18: Mandawa
Drive to the Shekhawati town Mandawa in your exclusive vehicle. On arrival check
in at your hotel. Walking tour of the town to see some of its frescoed havelies.
Day 19: Pachar
In the morning drive to Pachar in your exclusive vehicle. Check in to the beautiful
heritage hotel. Rest of the time free to enjoy the beauty of Mother Nature.
Day 20: New Delhi
Drive to New Delhi in your exclusive vehicle. While have a leisurely lunch in
the beautiful Neemrana Fort. On arrival check in at your hotel. Rest of the
time free for leisure.
Day 21: Varanasi
In
the morning board the flight for Varanasi. At Varanasi take a walking tour of
a few Ghats and narrow backlanes to feel the pulse of this most sacred city
of India.
Day 22: Varanasi
Early morning boat ride on river Ganges to witness holy rituals on Ghats. A
very spiritual experience! Day tour to Sarnath where Buddha delivered his first
sermon.
Day 23: New Delhi
Fly to New Delhi. On arrival you will be received and transferred to your hotel.
At New Delhi, evening to be used in shopping and visiting the local bazaars.
At appropriate time your will be transferred to the international airport
of New Delhi to board the flight back to home the tour ends.
