Day
01: Delhi: You are at Airport Delhi. If you want you can explore the airport
and find out every detail about the airport and the city. But we feel that
you are tired and you need a nice long sleep and the major reason is that
you have travelled lot. For this we offer you good hotel in Delhi. Our representative
at the airport counter will take care of all your needs and will take you
to your hotel room. Just drop your bags in the rooms and stretch yourself
on bed. Tomorrow will be an exciting day for you!
Day 02: Delhi: Freshen yourself and get ready, we are going out. Being
the Mughal capital, Delhi in houses number of tourists attractions. Red fort,
Lotus temple, India gate are few of the tourist attractions of par excellence.
Our representative is already waiting for you and he will take you to the
tour which will be worth experiencing. Unlike others your Delhi tour will
not remain bound to these heritage pieces. We will give you full oppurtunity
to understand Delhi culture. And shopping in Delhi will provide you the best
way to come closer to Delhites'.
Through shopping you will come to see the contrasting world of Delhi - a reach
amalgam of modern and tradition.
Shopping and walking in Chandni chowk lanes will be a totally new experience
for you. Here there are no big malls, the shops are lined together in one
stretch and you might have to bear the bumpy and exahausting roads. Try out
the Paranthas in the Parantha wali gali. (Parantha are delicious flour bread
which are generally served with curd or Acchar.) Overnight at hotel.
Day
03: Agra: Next day, after breakfast, we would move to Agra. The city is
200 kms from Delhi and would take approx 3 hrs. A cab would drive you to Agra
where we have arranged a good five star hotel for you. You will be served
a non toxicating welcome drink on your arrival.
Agra is small city in Uttar pradesh, known much for housing one of the eight
wonders of the world - Taj Mahal. Also a World Heritage Site, Taj Mahal tends
to attract thousands of tourists' from all over the world. Being one of the
major attractions, this would be first on our exploration list.
In Taj Mahal, there are number of shops from where you can purchase soveniers
for your loved ones. Small miniture Taj Mahal made in soft marble is quite
in demand amongst the traveller. You can purchase it within the price range
of Rs 50 - Rs 150, depending upon the quality of the marble used. It is quite
possible that you are not allowed to take your video cameras.
More over on entrance you have to under go a thorough checking of the baggage
you are carrying. Try to carry bare minimal stuff when you are going to Taj
Mahal.
From Taj Mahal, we would move to explore Agra fort which is at a distance
of 2 kms. Agra fort is a Mughal architecture and was partially converted into
a palace during Shah Jahan's time. This massive fort is 2.5 kms long and is
considered as the predecessor of the Delhi Red fort.
Later in the evening, you would come back to hotel. We would try to arrange
a slide show presentation of Agra or Taj Mahal history. If not possible we
would arrange a Taj Mahal movie made in Hindi with English subtitles with
a candle lit dinner. This would make your beloved special and give you an
opportunity to look glimpse at the past.
Day
04: Bharatpur: Drive to Bharatpur early morning after breakfast while
visiting Fatehpur Sikri enroute. Later drive to Bharatpur bird sanctuary,
which once served as the personal shooting reserve of the royal family. It
has now been declared world heritage site in India and is considered one of
the best water-bird sanctuaries in Asia. More than 353 avaian fauna species
have been spotted here including grey partridge, red wattle, common quail,
egrets, grey herons, sarus crane, rosy-headed pelican and endangered Siberian
Cranes. It is aptly considered an ornithologist's paradise. Overnight stay
in the hotel.
Day 05: Jaipur: After breakfast, without delay, we would drive towards
Jaipur. We have already arranged your room in one of the best hotels in Jaipur.
Then move out on expedition. The first would be Amber fort. 11 kms from Jaipur
city, we would drive you to Amber fort. This fort is located at a hill top
and it would be really exciting for you to actually explore it. An elephant
ride up the Amber fort would just be an exciting experience for you.
From
Amber fort, you can get the panoramic view of the valley and the city which
is situated close to it. It would take around 3 hrs to fully capture the beauty
of Amber fort. Later in the evening, we would resort to our room and our food
would be served. Day 06: Jaipur: This is going to be your second day in Jaipur.
After breakfast, we would drive you to Hawa Mahal. Hawa Mahal or the Palace
of Winds was constructed so that the royal ladies could watch the processions
and various activities taking place on the streets.
Near Hawa Mahal, we have the famous City Palace. Here you have the famous
City Palace museum to watch. This city palace museum which houses artifacts
and deposits of ancient India. The Complex comprises of many structures, courtyards,
gardens and buildings.
We would have lunch outside in a good restaurant and then would try out Tripolia
bazaar which is close to Hawa Mahal. From here you can purchase Tye dye stuff
and Lac ornaments. Here you would get a unique oppurtunity to watch craftsman
crafting their work. Later in the evening, we would resort to our hotel where
would arrange a puppet show. The puppet show is traditional art form of Rajasthan
and unfolds the legacies of Rajasthan. It is going to be a 1 hr show. You
food will served during the show itself.
Day 07: Bundi: Leaving behind happy memories of Jaipur, we proceed
to a quaint little Rajasthan town of Bundi. Upon arrival at Bundi, check-in
at a hotel of your choice. After a brief relaxation, embark on a sightseeing
tour of Bundi and its surrounding areas. Overnight at Bundi.
Day
08: Pushkar: In the morning drive to Pushkar, upon arrival at Pushkar,
cheek in hotel and later visiting Ajmer. Ajmer is known for the famous Dargah
of Sufi Saint Moinuddin Chishti that attracts thousands and lakhs of pilgrims
and tourists every year. Check in and overnight stay at the hotel in Pushkar.
Day 09: Chittorgarh: Today after an early morning breakfast we leave
for Chittorgarh. Upon arrival at Chittorgarh, check-in at a hotel. Freshen
up and relax for sometime to be in perfect mood for an exciting sight seeing
trip of Chittorgarh.You will be visiting the ancient Chittorgarh Fort which
used to be the capital of the Mewar Kingdom, mostly under the renowned Sisodia
Rajputs. Other places to visit are Vijay Stambh, Kirti Stambh, Padmini's Palace
and Rana Khumbha's palace. Overnight at hotel.
Day 10: Deogarh: Today you are driven to Deogarh as a part of this
tour itinerary. Check in at a hotel on arrival. Later explore the local village
and stay overnight at the hotel in Deogarh.
Day
11: Udaipur: Leaving behind the happy memories of Deogarh, we proceed
to Udaipur - "the city of Lakes". Upon arrival at Udaipur, check-in
at a top-rate hotel. Freshen up and in the evening you could go for a leisurely
stroll around Udaipur's bustling bazaar. Overnight at Udaipur.
Day 12: Udaipur: Today the entire day will be spent on exploring the
sights and sounds of Udaipur. On the list of places to visit are the glittering
Pichola Lake, Fateh Sagar Lake, Sahelion Ki Bari, City Palace, Zenana Mahal,
Maharana Pratap Memorial, Jagdish Mandir to name just a few of the landmarks.
After an exhilarating day of sight seeing, return back to the hotel in time
for dinner. Overnight at Udaipur.
Day 13: Jodhpur: Post breakfast drive to Jodhpur. Check in at a hotel
and later take a tour the Mehrangarh Fort, Jaswant Thada and other local attractions
of Jodhpur Stay overnight at the hotel in Jodhpur.
Day
14: Jaisalmer: Drive to Jaisalmer and check in at a hotel on arrival.
Enjoy a camel safari to Khuri on the outskirts of Jaisalmer and explore the
attractions of Jaisalmer. Drive back to the hotel for dinner and an overnight
stay.
Day 15: Jaisalmer: Spend the day exploring the desert attractions of Jaisalmer.
Tour the Jaisalmer Fort, Patwon ki Haveli, Nathmalji ki Haveli and Salim Singh
ki Haveli this tour package.
Day 16: Bikaner: Today we drive to Bikaner that is also known as the
'camel country'. Check into a local hotel and take in the rustic splendor
of this fascinating desert settlement in Rajasthan.
Day 17: Bikaner: Spend the day exploring the local attractions of Bikaner.
Tour the Junagarh Fort and Camel Breeding farm apart from other interesting
destinations located in and around Bikaner. A trip to the Karni Mata Temple
at Deshnoke is an absolute must.
Day 18: Mandawa: Next day, we will be moving to Mandawa. Mandawa Rajasthan
presents enchanting vistas to all tourists in enigmatic and traditional ways.
Check in at the hotel and refresh. Post lunch we will move out to explore
Mandawa which falls in Shekhawati region of Rajasthan. Mandawa has number
of tourist attractions which include Mandawa Fort, Binsidhar Haveli, Ladia
Haveli, Newatia Haveli, Chokidani Haveli and Gulab Rai Haveli. Roaming on
Mandawa streets in the evening will be a delight, as this will be your first
advent to Rajasthan State. Enjoy your Rajasthani chaat. Don't forget to take
your Bisleri water along with you. Try out the famous camel safari in Rajasthan.
Overnight at hotel.
Day 19: Pachar: From Mandawa, we will move to Pachar. Pachar is a small
village with lake on one side and sand dunes on the other. Another break on
your long tour, we would rest today and will enjoy the pleasure given to us
by our resort. Plan out what all you would do the next day as you are going
to visit Bikaner, the capital city of Rajasthan. Overnight at hotel.
Day 20: New Delhi: From Pachar, we will move to New Delhi. Rest of
the time is for your leisure. Overnight at hotel.
Day
11: Varanasi: The excursion in Varanasi begins with a boat ride on the
holy Ganges. Other places of interest at Varanasi are Ganga Ghats, temples,
Bharat Mata temple, Vishwanath temple and the Benares Hindu University, the
largest residential university in India. You have the luxury of leisure in
the evening. Overnight will be at hotel.
Day 22: Varanasi: After breakfast set out for an excursion to Sarnath,
the place associated with Buddhism as Lord Buddha preached his first sermon
to his disciples. The places of interest at Sarnath are the Buddhist temples,
the Dhamekha stupa, the Chaukhandi stupa and the archaeological museum.
Day 23: New Delhi: Transfer to domestic airport to catch flight for
New Delhi to get fight to your destination.
